Appetizers
All appetizers are priced for 50 servings. Half sizes are available for smaller groups. Hot appetizers will be served in chafing dishes, while cold options will be plated or trayed. Utensils, plates, serving spoons, napkins, and entree labeling will be provided and set up on a buffet table. For the social hours, we recommend offering at least 2-3 options for your guests. If you choose appetizers as your main course, we suggest selecting 5-6 different options.
